Congratulation to former '99 Capitals players Marc McLaughlin, Brian Scoville, Michael Callahan and Jack Nisbet on their selection to the 2016 USA Hockey National Development Camp from the Mass District. They join the 4 former '99 Capitals players (Allen, Dolan, Fawcett and Rickard) selected from the New England District giving the Providence Capitals 8 players from their '99 team selected to the USA Hockey National Development Camp. Quite an accomplishment and congratulations to all 8 players.
