Andrew Lucas commits to the University of Vermont (Hockey East).  Andrew played on the '99 Caps and is currently playing at Loomis-Chaffee prep school.  Andrew is the 5th player from the '99 Caps with a Div 1 commit.  Congrats to Andrew and his family!!!
