The Providence Hockey Club is pleased to announce Toby Gibbons as the 2007 Elite coach for the 2019/2020 season. 

Toby is currently USA Hockey's Rhode Island Coach in Chief. Toby has 17 years of prep and high school coaching experience at South Kingstown, St. Paul's, Proctor Academy and Williston. He also served as the President of the SRI youth hockey program for 6 years and as a coach on the PHC 2002 elite team for 2 years. Toby is a level 4 certified coach and will be a big addition to the PHC organization.
