    Jersey orders and sizing

The pro shop at the RI Sports Center will be having a jersey sizing for the upcoming season June 22-25.

Players who need to order a set of jerseys will need to be sized and must pay in full at the time.

Players must bring shoulder pads and either last season’s jersey or a practice jersey that fits them.  They will put their shoulder pads and their own jersey on, and then hold their jersey up to the new jersey samples to find the correct size.  Players will not be trying the jersey samples on.  The price for the set of jerseys is $155.  Warm up suits, gloves, shorts, tees, and other apparel will be available for purchase also.

Anybody coming into the rink must wear a cloth face covering.  Players should attend with one parent only.  Siblings should not attend due to rink capacity limits.  There may be a wait to get into the rink so please be prepared to wait outside if needed, and please practice social distancing.

The jersey sizing schedule is as follows:

    Monday 6/22, and Wednesday 6/24

    3pm-6pm – Mite

    6pm-9pm – Peewee

    Tuesday 6/23,  and Thursday 6/25

    3pm-6pm – Squirt

    6pm-9pm – Bantam

Mite Development and half season team sizing will be completed separately.

Letter to PHC Players and Families

    PHC Players and Families,

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this COVID 19 crisis. We will continue to communicate with you as we hear and learn more about how and when we will be able to safely reopen hockey and the ice rinks. Our expectation today is that we will be running our PHC summer camps in July and August and that we will begin our season on time in September. Teams will begin having some practices at the end of August and the first week of September. There will be league games scheduled over Labor Day weekend this year. We will not finalize any schedules until we know when we can safely reopen. If this timeline extends out due to the crisis, we will communicate accordingly.

This crisis has created a very difficult situation that no one has ever experienced or planned for in the past. We are all trying our best to figure out how to move forward. In the event the upcoming season were cancelled all families would receive a full refund, if the season were shortened all families would receive a partial refund. We understand several families have been impacted financially from this crisis. Accordingly, we are pushing our May tuition payment back 6 months to November for full season players to assist the families in our program. For our half season players, we will be pushing our May tuition payment back to September.

As soon as we can safely allow people back into the rink, we will coordinate times to size and order game jerseys and equipment in the pro shop at the RI Sports Center.

    Stay Safe and Healthy!

Andrew, Mike, Matt, Kevin and Dan
